i have an embarassing problem

i shit myself almost on a daily basis, and its ruining my life. yesterday i shit in my own bed while i slept, and didnt wake up, it got all smashed into my matress and its horrible. what do i do?

My best friend and I have a running joke about tripping so hard you'll shit your bed.

However I can vividly imagine that its horrible to have to deal with that in real life.

Aside from the usual tips of a rubber mattrass cover I urge you to see a doctor about this. There may be solutions or there may not be, but have a doctor look into it. It could be a symptom of something bad, worst case scenario colon cancer.

Theres billions of webpages, I'm sure there are info sites about it. But DO see a doctor, thats non-negotiable.

actually to be honest it was almost weekly for a couple months.

i spent all time on computer or eating. i would only shit if it was convenient, as in right before or after eating.
