Oyster and Shiitake spawn sources

Hi,

Forgive me if this has been answered before. I would like suggestions for decent, cheap oyster and shiitake spawn. I am thinking Amycel. Also, would using store bought fruits to grow and produce spores (bypassing the senescence issue) be advised? Im very excited to start growing Shiitake!
