Do you think you can be too happy, so happy it drives you crazy?
Sometimes after meditation, and focusing on ceratin things such a impermanence/illusion and find regufe in the eternal, i start feeling too happy, i dont feel it egocentric either, i feel its true nature.
But i'm used to feeling depressed!
I think you can be too happy when happyness is based in impermanent things, as when they change you will lose happyness, but can happyness based in emptiness, impermanence, seeing the illusional reality & seeing the eternal reality, drive you nuts?

Well, eternity certainly isn't impermanent. Finding happiness in impermanent things is where most people find their happiness, sadly.
But I don't believe that you should ever feel "too happy"; even as a result of realizing impermanent reality. That is another ocean that needs to be crossed.

I just feel my body isnt ready for it, it feel like im going to explode! My arms and legs get the weirdest sensation in them.
There must be techniques to be able to harness this bliss?
I dont feel right walking around with a huge buddha grin on my face! Everyone thinks im up to something!

Well, I have heard of people leaving their human body for good after intense meditation and pranayam (breathing exercises). So, be mindful of what you're body is telling you.
If you can, it would greatly help to meet a saint/guru/teacher. Amma Sri Karunamayi is coming to the states very, very soon. She would definitely teach you some very useful techniques. Seek the saints, make sure they're True, and ask for help!

As for the Buddha grin, right on! If people think you're up to something, that's just the view their stuck in. They should be smiling like a Buddha too!
:edit: I see you're from London. She'll be there March 17, 18, and 19.

Ooooh thats soon, thanks!!!
I wouldnt even say its intense meditation, its more that i think and think and think and write loads of what buddhism inspires me to write and think, then i stop for a minute, focus on the main points, then let everything go i was thinking about and it just hits me, it literally floors me, my legs and arms go so weak and im just in pure bliss!
Absolutely amazing!
Its all about the four noble truths and thats it!

chronic, you are not too happy.
you are delusional right now. you have many years ahead of you until you grasp and understand impermanence and the true nature of reality.
when you are Buddha, maybe then you can say you are too happy? but probably not then either.

we, in this form at least, can and will not ever know if eternity is more than just a concept instilled in us. and even if there is an "eternity" who is to say that is the only one. remember, all we have are our words making up our definitions so that we can *try* to grasp intangible things/ideas better
stop worrying about being happy, and just be
