cyans pinning on cardboard ?

so i went to check on my cyan cardboard spawn tonight and was quite suprised! In one tub i found many pinheads growing from the cardboard and the old stem-butts. The tub has been sitting in a closed box in the garage for a few months.

i think there might some bluing on the left pin in the above pic.



there are lots more than this!
This is from a small sandwich tupperware that has been completely colonized for a couple months, I noticed soon after starting this container it was a agressive grower compared to my other tubs. I have many more tubs with very active growth but nothing of this sort, I really hope their cyans and not some contaminant!
sorry for the blurry pics.

Anyone else ever seen this with carboard spawn?

nope never seen it. There will not be enough nutrients to produce more then a few mature fruits if any. I take that it is ps cyan not pan. cyan. That is awesome!!!

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

I opened up my tubs today to add some fresh alder chips to the healthiest ones, thought they were gonna be in sad shape, but most were sending out new growth like crazy! Its almost time for me to start thinking about getting outdoor beds made, need to rent a woodchipper.

shit if they grow in your area which they must grow close by since you have stem butts.

These chips work great unless you have access to wild alder sincew I know that shit grows like a weed in your area.
