So true. I set mouse traps to get rid of what I thought was just one or two mice and I ended up killing 7 of the fucking vermin before it was over with!

I just set a few traps.

I almost bought humane traps at the store, then realized that its like -30 C outside, and releasing him out in the snow would be a death sentence anyway.

So morality is being set aside. I hope come back from work to find a mouse carcass on my floor.

If you get bored enough and have good aim, get a pellet gun.

We used to have rats in our attic at my parents house. I'd get bored and go up there with my pellet gun. I'd set out a plate of bird seed and when the fuckers came up to eat I'd shoot them. Very effective.

They make electronic traps now. The mouse or rat walks onto a scale and it triggers a tazer-like device.

Madtown, use american cheese. It sticks to the trap better and the mouse has to pull on it/work harder to get it off. All you need is a little blob about the size of a mardis gras bead.:)

I dont see the harm in one mouse inside your house its not like a cockroach or anything. But if it is bugging you use a live trap and just dive it down the road to an enemy's house and drop it off in there yard.

Like I said earlier in the thread, I was going to buy live traps.

But it's cold as fuck here.

Te american cheese ain't gonna stick to the traps any better, and will attract the mice far less effectively. Did you put the peanut-butter right on the trigger? I have never seen a mouse get away from a peanut-butter baited trap alive.
