My cat is at my Mom's house, and wouldn't know what to do with a mouse.

I knew this one was there.

I saw him out of the corner of my eye the other day.

But I just walked in the kitchen and he is sitting on my counter just looking around like he owns the place.

I screamed like a girl and he booked it behind the stove.

When I have mice or cockroaches I usually just clean the whole apartment...take out the trash, clean all dishes, pick up clothes, straighten every thing. Then they usually go away. Probably back to the neighbor's place

A few months ago my neighbor (a large slovenly gal) was moving out and offered her full sized fridge for free.  Not more than 30 minutes after I moved it in here was I invaded by roaches.  I ended up throwing the whole damn thing out on the curb.

where there is one mouse... there is an entire family of them.
Probably behind your stove.

One place I lived at was really old school, but we had rats. Not mice.. rats. Big fuckers too. We'd see the mom or whatever every once in a while... it was about a foot long. Well my roommate had enough and went out and bought about 6 rat traps.. the spring loaded kind that kills them. Rat traps because they are about 3 times bigger than the spring loaded mouse traps, with more powerful spring-action. He loaded them up and put them all around the kitchen. Well later that night I woke up when I heard a really loud *SMACK* *CRACK* *CRACK* from downstairs.. I go down there and turn on the lights and there is 3 baby rats dead in the traps.. one of the big rats I guess only got clipped by the thing or managed to escape but it tore its lower jaw off.. so I go down there and there's this giant fucking rat.. thrashing and squirming all over the floor.. with about a gallon of rat blood all over the kitchen floor and some on the walls even. Holy fucking shit.

I just went back upstairs and made my roommate clean that shit up the next day. I made sure to bleach the fuck out of the place before we used the kitchen again. But he re-used the traps and ended up trapping about 8 of those fuckers.. the whole family I think because we didn't have anymore rats after that.

Rodents suck

oh.. and because just a story isn't good enough.. here's a graphic picture. This was a different one after the big mess incident.

once a mouse snuck into my moms kitchen while i was sitting reading
after we both noticed each other it ran straight at me and under the tip of my boot(the toe end) and i instinctively went to jump cause it ran at me and it screamed and jumped about a foot in the air cause my foot nearly crushed its head

we scared the fuck out of eachother:lol:

Aww... mice are nice. I had one living in my house for a while, but only one. I could hear him scrabbling around in my attic, and would see him in my garage at times. I liked him, but sadly, he died after about a year and I havent seen or heard any since.

Rats are really intelligent. One queen of England (I think, maybe it was somewhere else) trained them to all come out and line up and stand at the dinner table.
