Optimal Hydrogen Peroxide to H2O ratio?

What's the best Hydrogen Peroxide to H2O ratio to use in a spray bottle that's being used to mist a casing? (or is it dangerous for the casing to use ANY Hydro Perox ?)

its good for misting cobweb only right out of the bottle at 3%
