Pharmacist + Receptionist

Mt doctor forgot to put imeditiate release for wellbutrin for cheaper price. Turns out the stupid receptionist told the pharmacy it was SR when I told them he said immediate release they even said sr was immediate release. Later I found out it isnt it's sustained release.
