busted! drug court! help!

I haven't been on the site in a while because I just got out of doing 30 days in jail. guess for what. needless to say i have no prints,syringes or equipment they were all confiscated. The campus police got me for smoking weed and opened a treasure chest of illegal goings on in my room. I should have never been growing on a school campus, now i am kicked out of school for now (they will let me finish after I serve whatever my sentence is for these charges) and i'm looking at 5 years suspended sentence and 3 years of active probation. Or i might get 8 months of drug court and get the felony off my record. The only thing I got going for me is that I was a senior in college and have no prior convictions except for DWI.
Does mushrooms show up in drug tests?
Also if anyone has any expirence with getting busted or drug court let me know. Any help is appreciated. Be careful, don't let this be you.

If I ever get ballsy I might teach a friend all the vast info I have learned on this site, and will be more careful.

they cant and dont test for shrooms. but i dunno they might try? either way, psilocybin is out in a day or less.

ouch, dorm room? bad bad idea man, hate to say the obvious but you shoulda known better. smoking should be low key as hell anyhow, but growing too?

anyway gl man, be much much more careful next time. get a lawyer i'd say, couldn't hurt. a lawyer prolly wont do much for your school situation but one may come in handy for that felony that could go on your record

Actually, yes, they can test for psilocybin, most places however don't. Most test for the basics, thc, meth, amphetamines, coke, opiates, benzos, barbs, mdma and some of the synthetic opiates like darvon. I couldn't tell you how long psilocybin or it's metabolites are detectable for though, I just don't know.

no i am not planning on using but would like to continue my mycology research, even if i have to keep my yields, cube or ediable until I am off probation. If anyone has any more information on the piss test issue please let me know, it is the only thing I could do. i have quit everything else, being tabs, coke, weed, and alcohol.

get a good lawyer and you will get probation... dont get a public defender unless you are willing to do some time... if i were you id go with drug court and get that shit off your record... what exactly were your charges and what class felonies were they? have you signed a plea?

omni: i believe my dad got the book from campus post office, i actually think he kept the books I had a few others i got from Amazon in there. I had a few ebay supply orders and a mycopath order too which he trashed.

AliceDee: i got a paid lawyer but I think I need to take drug court to get it off my record, if I can go back to school when this is all over I don't want to have to check the felony box when I go for job interviews or apps. I could take just probation he says but drug court will make it go off my record, unless I get another arrest of course.

I went for an arranment today and it had to be continued because the state didn't have a BILL of INFORMATION filed. I go back to court for another arrangment on march 5th, if the state has not filed that by then all charges will be dropped that day. I have my fingers crossed, but I am counting on being sentenced to at least drug court. I really need to talk to someone who has been given a mushroom possession charge. anyone pm me with advice.
I also have marijuana with intent. poss of methodone and poss of zoloft. but they will run them all concurrent.

i am worried if I get drug court I will fail it for 1 beer. I heard the alcohol test goes back 7 days and you are tested once or twice a week, if I have 18 months of drug court then we are talking not drinking, not even one beer, on my birthday, labor day, new years, fourth of july, mardi gras, fuckin everything. I will be forced to make major changes in my life. But I love mycol

You got off easy if you are only looking at 3 years active. You must have a good lawyer. They can test for shrooms in my states court referal program, if you have to take a test right after court for your plea then you might actually get a test that mushrooms would show up on. Are you in the bible belt? This could get rough for you.

Don't do drug court unless ya wanna actually quit drugs otherwise you are looking at violation after violation and time in jail
