is there an expiration date on a spore syring? How and where should they be be stored?

It is usually advised that they last 6 months when stored in a cool dark place (like your vegetable bin, that's where mine are) but I've heard of them lasting over twice that long.

How about four times that long with a PF EQ syringe? I'm sure they can last even longer.

Well, my EQ syringe was used about two years after receipt. It showed very good germination rates, exceeding what I've experienced with "fresh" syringes from other "high-end" vendors. What's the longest you've stored a syringe? I should probably note that the syringe was stored in the fridge for most of the two years.
