Links turn white when I hover over them

I've never seen this happen before, and I went to a couple other sites and it didn't happen. What's goin' on?

I'm guessing it's a new feature.

I kinda like it but I kinda wish there was an option to turn it off.

It would be awesome if there was an option to choose what colour it changes to.
