The De-sjamaan growing technique reproduced?

Hi, im a complete newb so forgive anything stupid I say,
But I was wondering if the de-sjamaan grow kits could be reproduced? I bought some of their kits and had great success with them, but now I want to grow higher yields from scratch (the spores I kept from the de-sjamaan kits). I've done tons of research and read many, many, techs. It is obvious there are tons of different ways to grow shrooms, whether it required using a diff. substrate, experimenting with humidity, etc. But why isnt it possible to reproduce the de-sjamaan way? That is, have a casing that you can keep in a bag instead of a terranium? Why cant I set-up my casing like they do, with vermiculite all through it? Heres what they said about their mix:
The Sterile substrate in the bag contains sterilised Rye grain, vermiculite and water. The reason that we have combined the vermiculite directly with the grain is that by doing this we cut out the possibility of infection during the handling of the colonised grain when it is set up to start fruiting into the mushrooms of choice. Normally the vermiculite is used as a top layer, put on top of the colonised grain, but this always brings a great risk of infecting the colonised grain with an other fungus, as you would need to handle the mycelium with your hands. This will be avoided completely because of the mixture. There is no need to put a top layer on the mycelium anymore. By Introducing this new mixture of rye grain with vermiculite, we greatly reduce the risk of infections because the first time that you will actually touch the medium with your hands will be when you harvest the first mushrooms. Not before that. And if you do the harvesting in a clean environment and use gloves you reduce the chances of infection a lot.
Anywho, just wanted to see what the pros thought about that system

There are a few sponsors on here that sell autoclavable bags that you could use to make your own mix and sterilize. I've never heard of "de-sjamaan" but any "kit" is not neccessary to make your own mushrooms. There is PLENTY of information on these forums about preparing your own substrate mixes, so you have quite a bit more research to do.

I would delete those links before the mods do. I don't need to see the kits to get an idea of what you are talking about.
