Influenza rapidly mutates all on it's own, with or without a vaccine.

They actually have to guess which strain of the flu is going to be "the big one" for the year, a few months before it hits.

not even man. i frown upon using things like lysol and bleach for sanitizing(except for mycology). there are better and much less caustic natural things you could use.

in fact, i use anti-bacterials as little as possible. my thoughts are that the more youre exposed to, the stronger your immune system is. and so far, my thoughts have served me well. i hardly ever wash my hands, except after taking a shit or working with raw meats. i never wash them at work(i do outside construction, so my hands are filthy) and i have yet to get sick. the ONE time ive been sick in the last 2 years was last winter, my fiance brought home some gastro bug(shes a nurse) and we were both crapping and puking our asses off for one day. thats IT.

all the more reason to NOT get a flu shot. the odds arent great that it will work.

there is. but most people are not willing to sacrifice to achieve this. including me :nonono: i hardly ever get sick, im talking once every few years. i live pretty damn healthy, but i could still improve alot. talk to a shaolin monk. they never get sick.

eat, sleep and exercise perfectly and you can be in perfect health. there are alot of things you need to do, but it is possible.

i guess with very serious virus's. if you live perfectly, you will NEVER get influenza.
