Bank of America vs. Mastercard, wtf?

My Credit Card Company took their monthly fee of $58.00 out of
my bank account on the 14th, which they should have. Now my Bank
has apparently taken the money back from my credit card company.

I just can't understand it, I didn't tell my bank to not allow
my cc company to take money, but they've seemed to do so on
thier own accord. It's really bizzaar.

Has anyone else had something like this happen before?

You should always pay the minimum amount explicitly without them ever having to do that for you, otherwise you end up wondering what happened to your balance.
It gets very confusing that way.

Best course of action is just to pay up the cards completely so you never have to worry about future payments.
Yeah I know, if you could have done that, you would have.

Well Andy, I took your advice and paid off the remainder of
my balance, a whopping $249.20. Now that my spendable credit
line is back up to $300, I want to grow some more shrooms.

Anyone have some cheap suggestions for growing in bulk?
Keep in mind I don't have a pc.
