Recorded my band's practice the other day and caught a neat instrumental jam we do while warming up and messing with our gear. I like how it came out aside from me dropping the bassline once or twice.

Unfortunately it's way outside the scope of our style, so I don't see it getting released on the album, but I did want to share it....so enjoy!

Listening to it now... sounds cool for the most part, but honestly the drummer's rhythm could be tighter. I really like the part from about 1:20-1:30

Thanks! In our defense it was the first thing we played as a warm-up that day and they were all hungover as hell...it being New Year's Day.

Since Halloween, they played a party I was at and we jammed after their set. Got a call a few days later from the bassist asking if I'd play bass so he could play lead guitar...which is who you hear on the recording.

Nice... I wish I could find some guys to jam with so I could get better at soloing.
But you guys sound good, keep it up!
Does your band have a name?

Yes, but posting the band's name would put my identity a MySpace search away. :yesnod:
