Pretty sure that's fake. I've been to Paris seven or eight times since my sister used to live there and I'd visit her regularly...never heard of that building. Plus it just looks faked. Would love to be proved wrong though so I can visit it sometime.

The building looks fake, but I think the milk thing is legit.

Putting the soap in lowers the surface tension of the liquid and causes the food coloring that was resting on the top to drop down and swirl in. Pretty cool, I'll have to try it some time!
