Natural & Spontaneous

One major thing that I learned from mushrooms is that there is a certain flow to the universe and getting in touch with that makes being perfect; it is truly "being". When this happens, I feel like I am living naturally and spontaneously and it is the best feeling in the world. It's like I am experiencing every moment for exactly what it is and responding exactly how I "ought" to. Now I'm not sure if this is just "living in the moment" or something different.
What I am sure of, is that I very very much want to bring this to my waking life. Do any of you feel that you living very naturally, spontaneously and in sync with life in most moments? How do you do it? It's like I can imagine this and I know what it's like, but I just can't apply it or express it in my day-to-day life.
I feel like a large part of this may be confidence. Instead of questioning any actions, thoughts or words, I just DO.
Well I think that about sums it up...ask questions, comment...and Thanks for the help!

I slip in and out of that kind of lucidity. I find it's much easier to stay in that mindset after I come out of formal meditation. I also find it's much more difficult (seemingly impossible) to get into that frame of mind when I'm in a bad mood. In both cases, my sense of peace and spontaneity depend entirely on to what degree I am able to stay in the present.

Thanks for the thoughts, WhiskeyClone.
In addition to being in a good mood, it seems to help to have enthusiasm, or inherent energy, which seems to facilitate the former.
I think meditating or doing some sort of mindful grounding activity does help to bring about this sort of lifestyle. I have only recently started with true meditation, but my daily yoga sessions indicate the same thing. The problem is that this really is a quality of being and not just a mental state, therefore it's pretty tough to rationalize and contemplate the process. It does help to rationalize and contemplate the gradient though. It seems as though mushrooms and meditation may be the best benefactor in allowing us to truly experience life, if we allow them. Experience is where we really learn.
