Just break it up into smaller meals. Its not really good to gorge in one meal and starve yourself the rest of the day. Oh, and lots of water. Running won't be a problem if you eat a small meal an hour before hand. I can eat almost right before the run (as long as its not a meal.)

I think I'm going to start running again. Seems like nice cool weather down here... and my knee has got plenty of rest.

that is sooo much of a time difference that it wouldnt matter. There would be no food in your stomache at 5:15pm. youll be fine.

now, eat a ton for breakfast and go for a run at 11:00am and you might feel something.

Meh, I used it as an excuse to cut back on a mile, but I didn't feel any more tired
