blueberry weed

I came across bud called blueberry piff... and it smells exactly like blueberry. now my question is, is something added to it to make it smell like that or does some nug just smell fruity?

I'm pretty sure it's just the nug but i'd like to know too cause i've heard of sugar being put in weed

Sugar can be added to the growing medium to sweeten the marijuana. There are drops you can buy to add to joints and what not that are flavored but the chances of someone dropping that on nugs is slim. Adding sugar isnt going to make it smell like blueberries though. There is a strain of weed called blueberry that will throw phenos that smell like blueberries.

bleberry actualy hs a sweet very much berry smell and smoke. people are not above faking that flavor tho. its up to you. if its fake the smoke should be alot harsher headachy

I am not friends with him, but I know a dealer that would put his bud in used fruit containers and sell it for big bucks saying it was flavored.

Blueberry is a very reputable strain, msot of it's name comes from it's color in my experience, sometimes bud will be cured with dried fruit, citrus peels, but bluebery just has unique genetics, nothing sinister.

On another note, you should be happy for getting solid dank...

Keep in mind you can buy those flavor drops at head shops. These can make the weed smell and taste like an assortment of flavors.

reputable "name-brand" strains get their distinct characteristics from good genetics and very careful breeding..

DJ Short's blueberry is a great strain. Also I'm pretty sure sugar used in your growing medium will not alter the taste it is to help the plant uptake nitrogen.

Yes, adding sugars to your medium through watering can alter the taste of your marijuana. There is a product called Sweet, which is a sugar supplement, that you can add to your hydro or soil grows to make your buds smell and taste sweeter. You can also add Sucanat which stands for SUgar CAne NATural that will also help.
