Anthony Kiedus' autobiography

I've been reading it, and it's pretty groovy. Like he used Sonny Bono's address to get into a particular high school. His dad was Sonny Bono's cocaine dealer and he hung out at Sonny's house when he wanted to get away from the crazy drug parties at his dad's.

uhm, he did a line of pure China White heroin after a coke binge, at age 14.

He was homeless and bummed on people's couches pawning things to buy drugs...

just other random crazy things. I Just finished the part about making 'Blood Sugar Sex Magik'... and right now I'm reading about 'One Hot Minute'. I wasn't familiar with any of their earlier stuff, other than a couple tracks off 'Mother's Milk'.

Anyway, I know they did some asshole thing where they're suing Showtime over 'Californication'... but I've always liked them. Not the best best band ever, but I liked their style.

I saw them in concert and the girl I went with was teetotaled on liquor and hydrocodone... What I caught of the show was fucking awesome. I didn't catch much of the show, she was determined to make it hell for me b/c she didn't want to go up 8 fucking stairs to our seats b/c she had hurt her knee a couple months before from being a drunk idiot. After reading Kiedus' story it's kinda fitting that she would get fucked up and ruin the whole thing.

I think she's his long-lost daughter.

stupid bitch.

anyway, uhm, yeah... give it a read. not the most eloquently written material, but it's real and interesting.

YEah it is the best book I have ever read. He did the line of heroin after he was told not to because he thought it was coke.

yup

he's definitely had a very crazy life.

The pictures in the book are cool too, like the 4 pictures of him smoking pot for the first time.

I was read an ebook copy, no pics. Im going to borrow the actual book off my cousin(I told him to buy and he loves it aswell) and reread it.

Marolyn Manson, and Violent J's autobiogrophys were entertaining as well.
Weather or not you like these guys music, or not they lived pretty crazy lives, and had some good stories to tell.

talk about a surprise. One of the greatful deads adolecent children (i believe it was phil lesh's kid) did a line of what he thought was coke, but turned out to be crystal lsd back stage at a show onetime.
