Stronger man than I. I have a lot of acquaintances who work long hours in the outdoors (oil rigs and the such) and from about October to May, I think of them on days like this. I've done outdoor work for a few years, and it does do something to your soul.  Now the wind has picked up here also, gusts over 40, not sure where the wind chill is.

It was great when we first went to Arizona and all of these people were interested in Wyoming and we'd tell them how cold it would get, you know "6 degrees, but 30 below with the wind chill" and they'd stare at you thinking you said something about your windshield.:shrug:

I hate it here in Ohio for winter.
Barely any snow, but it still gets as cold as back home sometimes.
I love the snow, and winter if it's a real winter.
Too bad our winter break is only in December, best time to hit the local mountains to snowboard is in January.

Yea this part of ohio. Go up near cleveland and there is all the snow you will EVER want. Fucking lake effect snow.

I was actually delighted last winter when I actually got to see it snow. That said, I need to go shopping for some new winter clothes sometime soon.

what you need is a snow melter, melt a road for your car. maybe put a big heater on the bumper.

camping in the winter is AWESOME!!! it is not even cold the snow acts as an insulator and if you have a good sleeping bag all is well. Trust me, I know.

Yeah, that's the same shit we get in 'Cuse until the lake freezes over, then we get snow from other shit, I don't remember what.
