So I got this friend right now who's looking fora fuck buddy (cause his girl don't give him none) and he's got this girl he just recently here did some shit with that has immediately gotten all googly-eyed over him because of it
...BUT...
there's at least a *slight* chance that the sole reason she's all ga-ga over this man is because she hasn't gotten dick in a very very long time (because, it's assumed, that this girl's got something)
long story short:
- when I first met this girl - she was talking about looking for a fuck buddy - I jumped at the offer...and she held back (hoping that someone better would come along) - she then showed up at work one day with a tiny little 'thing' at the corner of her mouth - and she IMMEDIATELY became defensive about it - I assumed it was nothing
- it then turned into this huge thing - and I couldn't help but think of the herp
I was glad I did nothing
but now she's hitting on my friend...and he's (apparently) more then happy to fulfill these needs of hers that she has because no one else will touch her with a ten foot pole...and I'm left wondering if I oughta 'warn' him about this hoe / or just simply let the two of them be happy together, an pray to god that I'm just jumping to conclusions myself on this one
what's a guy to do

Well, yes, warn him if he's any kind of friend to you.

how big is huge?
there's cold sores, and then there's facial herpes. and then there's just plain-old ingrown hairs that look really terrible. used to get those from time to time right on my lip-edge. looked for the world like a cold sore, but most definitely wasn't.. women do have hair on their face, maybe she has a bit of a moustache and tried shaving it off and had one of the buggers turn in and get nasty?

it started out as a tiny little speck of nothingness that I didn't even notice until she pointed it out to me...and it turned into about a half dozen or so cold soars that were all around her mouth which kept popping up one right after the other over the next week or so

Cold sores or zits? I mean, I think you should say something to your buddy but be sure it's not just an acne outbreak before throwing the herpes thing out at him.
