I don't know much at all about cold weather species, but I was wondering what your doing in the first two pics? Are you getting ready to transplant mycelium to new a location?

No I brought that cluster home to better photograph it and my batteries ran out in my stupid camera. Or at lest I am stupid for buying a camera where the batteries run out before I do.
