extremly simple to make :smile:

u need
Some crab claws
Salt
a lemon
white bread
mayonnaise

Put the claws (should be fresh from the ocean) in a pot and fill up with water, you can either use two tablespoons of salt per litre of water or just use seawater which is perfectly salted as it is. Let the crabs simmer for 25 minutes, pour out the water and let them cool, you can cool them in cold water but the meat sometimes becomes more jelly like when this is done.

Crush the claws with a hammer or whatever and take out the meat, put it on white bread with butter, squeeze some lemon over it and put some mayonnaise on it. I also use some extra maldon salt on it as well, One crab claw usually is enough to one or two slices of bread. its delicious :laugh:
