Cayenne Lemon Chicken.

I made this just yesterday. It's really good so I thought I would share.

What you'll need:

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
1 lemon (you can substitute a lemon and just use lemon juice).
Cayenne pepper.
Flour to coat the chicken before cooking.

What you do:

Cut the lemon in half and, in a dish for marinating, squeeze the juice out of both halves. Put your chicken in the dish and coat it in the juice. Take out the chicken and put it on a plate and rub in a little cayenne pepper just until it gives it colour. Don't put too much on unless you like it hot. After you have coated all the chicken, place them back in the dish with the lemon juice and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. When you are ready to cook your chicken, put flour on a plate and coat your chicken lightly. Fry on medium-low heat until cooked through.

When I made this, I also made creamed potatoes with chicken boullion mixed in, and a side of corn niblets. If you try this, feel free to comment on how you enjoyed it.
