PF cakes and CO2 question.

First let me say I have been looking around this site for some time and recently started to use the knowledge I have found. This is a great place for information. My question is: In PF style cakes using BRF I read that high CO2 levels are beneficial right before primordia formation. The PF TeK is being used with the max. fruiting formula so it says to leave lids loose during incubation. If jars are 100% colonized and have been for 2 days and one must leave them for 5 more days before birthing would it be benificial to tighten the lids to build up CO2 for the next 5 day before birthing or leave them loose? I have some more questions but we'll start here for my first post. Thank you in advance.

Noone answered yet... well i am no expert in any way, but i am gonna reply u with a question:
If everything is ok and the jar is colonized 100% then why do anything apart from waiting? Why should you increase the levels of CO2? The levels of CO2 inside there are such that your jar obviously was colonized OK. So, why mess up things?
But then, who am I to write in here?

Everything colonized to 100% just fine. Four jars were done prior to these and when they were birthed felt alittle dry. These were the first so i have nothing to go on when I say this. They don't have pins after 5 days but I know it's early.I read that high CO2 levels were desired when using jars so when they are birthed the sudden drop in CO2 levels will help initiate pinning.Kind of like incubating at higher temps. then cold shocking.I could be totally wrong here which is why I am asking for opinions. If nobody can back this up for me then I will just leave the lids loose, no big deal. Thanks for your reply.

They are high by itself in the jar, regardles if the lid is completely tight or not.
