Wondering if you guys know the answers.

Since growing hemp is not yet legal in the U.S. but clothes, nonviable seeds, oil, rope, etc. is legal, then at what point in the processing can you possess hemp? Like could you legally have a hemp leaf?

And does anyone know if hemp smells like marijuana, or just a little bit?

Hemp doesn't smell like marijuana and it has a minimal amount of THC.

Hemp is still illegal. The hemp products in the US are processed to ensure they are under the legal limit for THC. The hemp is grown outside the US.

It is illegal to possess a hemp leaf, but I hear you can buy a lei made out of pot leaves. Those are sort of cool.

That last sentence doesn't make sense to me, you mean fake pot leaves on the lei?
