If they are by far the better team, they wouldn't have lost a 7 game series. I think the Indians are a great team, and very similar in terms of talent and ability to the Red Sox - but you guys played like shit, specifically your 2 "aces".

You're right about that. CC and Carmona both failed miserably. Then last night just after Westbrook was striking out everyone wedge took him out. Big mistake. Then Kenny Lofton should have tied the game but the third base coach stopped him. I was sick to my stomach and I could tell Kenny was as pissed off as I was. I blame the loss on bad managing and not on a team failure. I firmly believe the Indians are a better team. The Red Sox are however better managed. IMO.

I think our offense is better, and I expected your pitching to be better than it was. The game last night was definitely a lot closer than the score at the end of the game indicated. I felt pretty bad for the player of yours that was crying in the dugout after the game - I don't know who he was, but it was sad.

To blame a loss solely on the shoulders of a game tying run is pretty ridiculous.
I'm not saying that because of the insane inning the Sox had after that, because that's obviously not guaranteed to still happen, but who's to say you would win because of a tying run?
