You shouldn't water a cutting untill at least a month after it's been planted.

You'll be fine. Just don't water it again until it's completely dried out. If you're unsure if the soil is dried out, take a pencil and push it down to the bottom of the pot.

Did you use a clay pot? They're better at dissipating excess water than plastic.

The amount of light you're giving it is perfect, IMHO.

PC is correct...that looks like sunburn to me.....try to give it less sun, say near a window, and slowly move it outside.
