well you werent smoking cigs, and daily with cigs is nothing, its the 40-60 times daily that will fuck you up.

i smoked cigs for 13 years tried to quit 15-20 times with no luck,my wife smoked for 20 years and in the same boat, i went to the Dr. for a check up and he gave me a script for chantix

me and my wife both haven't smoked in 8 months and i have no urge to:-)

update: day 1 is just about complete. Not as bad as I thought. If it only gets easier now then hell yea, but tommorow will be tough. I have class all day long and homework to do at night. wish me luck! :cool:

damn
cigs are kinda hard to quit
this summer i was smoking close to a pack a day
i normally dont buy ciggerates anymore, but all of my friends smoke ciggerates and when they light one up... i instantly want one. On the weekends, i smoke 6-8 ciggs a day... but on normal days, i smoke one or two. Hopefully i can quit them all together sometime soon...
