Its about that time to quit cigs

I am only a 2 year smoker. and I am quitting today. I no longer enjoy them just smoke them to keep nicotine levels up. As of this September 30th, 2007 I am cig free. Honestly I do not see myself relapsing. Besides the occasional bummed cigarette when I am really drunk or tripping.

I do not even get stressed enough to need cigs. When I smoke a cig it just makes me lazy and unmotivated. but yea!! everyone quit this nasty habit. yea i figure I will die of cancer anyways so that doesn't make a difference to me.

The craving has started, i may need to pick up a sack to keep me lifted. I usually do not smoke pot much anymore but I'd much rather smoke a j than a cig.

good for you i have been smoking for 14 years and always say im going to quit but the longer you do it the hardeast it gets ill will tell you one thing alot of people think its all the nicatene that makes it hard to quit but really its alot is the movment and something to do like when driving and kinda bored is when you think alot about that cig so keep that in mind and good luck

yea, I feel that. I like smoke. So cigs were good for that. so for me: down with cigs, up with pot. until I am clean then I will reduce the pot intake as well.
