When starts P. Semilanceata season in Finland ?

What's the best time to go Psilosybe Semilanceata (Silokki, Liberty Cap) hunting ? Can I already find them (july) ? Or should I wait for the right moment ?

Don't know about Finland...but I don't think you find them any earlier than August...could be wrong though if the seasons are drastically different than here in south eastern Canada.
