Outdoor bud plants benefit from worm castings and bat guano?/pruning?

the partner split the project in half.

Currently there is 60 plants, planted 2 to a bucket in compost/soil... with drainage holes sitting in a marshy semi wet location. Started from sub par clones, almost all of the plants are 2'+ and seem to be thriving.

Now, their caretaker does not know what he is doing. He's turned off by the partners use of chemical fertilizers (although the results have been amazing) - there are definately fert burns at the bottoms of the plants.

The caretaker was considering making a mix of wormcastings and bat guano and scratching it into the surface as a slow release nute, and perhaps pruning the bottom of his plants - is this a good idea?

**He's been reading tutorials and what not, but the amount of information and its level of sophistication is hard to weed thru - and he's just doing his best to maintain optimum growing situations.**

If you have so many clones to work with, why not try a few different methods on them?  See what work's best :laugh:

Not to plants that are already showing signs of burn on them from the chems

exacty. and worm castings and bat guano arent really slow release nutes. at most they will last a month.

So i purchased:

Superthrive: at a grossly marked up price - and upon reading the bottle, theres lots of marketing and NO definate ingredient list, just vague and misleading claims.

I was reading many good things about it at planet skunk, but upon reading google and wikipedia, there's much skepticism among this product. Im wondering if its worth my $79 dollars. Honestly i wish i just learned what im supposed to do with nutes from the start.

However,

In addition to Superthrive, a product was bought called Foxfarm- 100% natural and Organic Liquid plant food - Big Bloom concentrate, made from preimum EarthWorm Castings and Bat Guano

This is instructed to be used at the peak of vegetative growth at the first stages of flowering and it will encourage strong, etra large, multiple blooms, sweeter fruit, and thick seed pods.

The caretaker plans to use these once per week, through september, and to do a 2 week flush in october before pulling his plants.
