hey everyone.. im new to the shroomery but some of you may know me as Incredible White Kid from overgrow.. well... i have some ideal spots for some shroom hunting excursions, but i am unsure of conditions to go on such treks.. spot examples... horse and cow pastures within walking distance of my home, decomposing woodchip piles, sheep pastures, and also decomposing grass and hay piles. what conditions are ideal to find mushrooms growing in these locations? any replys are appreciated. ~shroomfunk PS.- i live in eastern Massachusetts. I think my best bet to find active mushrooms would be pan. subbs but thats a guess...

Fair warning, don't post false subjects, I've seen people banned for this. If someone wants to reply to your post, they will... Don't waste other user's time.
In response to your post. Yes you are looking for Panaeolus subbalteatus, you'd be best looking in horse pastures and on decaying hay.
