i suggest asking this quest. in advanced cultivation. i have never tried it, but if i could get some o2 i would try it as soon as possible.

Please be careful. Pure oxygen is explosive and a spark from a heater, fan or light could be deadly. Additionally the mushroom can only metabolize a small amount of O2 in a given amount of time. I wouldn't raise it much higher than ambient since it would waste the O2. Constant air exchange would be easier and more cost effective. Love to see the results though  Good Luck.

I mean no disrespect mage but O2 is not explosive even in it's pure state. O2 merely supports combustion, so if a spark were to light your shirt on fire and pure O2 was present around your shirt then your shirt would burn very very very fast and hot (almost an explosion). If you have ever oxy-acetylene welded you can turn on the O2 and try to spark it all you want but nothing will happen until the acetylene is present.
