About the only thing you can do is take the tape off the holes and loosen the lid a little bit.

My jars have always had a wee bit of condensation that never was a prob.

If you are terribly worried then follow Link's advise while incubating at 86 deg. doing that should dry everything quite a bit.
Too much if you are not careful.

The reason why you got condensation is because the ambient temp. in the room was so much lower than that of the jars that it caused the hot air in the jars to condense. To avoid this you can allow them to cool in a warmer room/area. Also you can stack them, this works especially well with petris.

Greetings & Salutations!
One time (with a batch of Amazonians from SporeChicks) I full FLOODED my substrate by overfilling my pressure cooker. I "what the hell"-ed it and innoculated anyway. Well, I placed them into my HEPA box and they all colonized!
