when you turn off your tv at 12:03 to go to sleep and you looked at the clock a handful of times, 1:14 1:47 2:39 etc. and the next thing you know its 3:15 and you've been trying to go to sleep for fucking 3 hours to no avail! :mad2:


but i know why....its because i took a 2 hour nap from 4-6 today. FUCK NAPS

if i can't fall alspeep within an hour i get back up.

then i just go back to bed when i feel sleepy. maybe a jog will get you feeling like sleep

To answer the title of the thread's question: Religion, George Bush, Soggy Cereal, Gas Prices, 95% of Stand-Up Comics, Police, Addictions, Mental Illness, Significant Others if you go that way, Relationships in general, and not being able to sleep.

You must have something heavy on your mind if you can't get to sleep, what are you thinking about or what is your inner-monologue while you lay down and try to sleep? Try to make your mind go blank almost like meditation.

yea thats the fuckin worst!!! i havent had a good nights sleep in more than a week...i feel tired all day and then when i lie down its like everything i did the whole day running over and over in my mind....then i get to sleep at like 3 and have to wake up at like 730.....it sucks ass! im seeing a psychiatrist today, im already asking for aderal, lets see what else i can get out of the deal
