ok im stressing

im looking for any kind of reassurance, but in reality i know i need honesty and will probably receive bad news.

About two months ago i ordered spores from one site Spenser and some presteralized jars from another.  I used my credit card for both purchases. :frown:

Now, im in the middle of the grow, its going well but the thing is, there are some folks who know about it, and they know its going well.  Im getting requests for "shrooms" but still only from people i know, or if there are others these "others" think they are coming directly from my friends who know them personally.

Basically im just fretting, i wish id kept everything MUCH more low key and I was naive and stupid when i place my orders. 

Any advice? i plan to finish the grow, if i do get rid of some ill simply bulk it all to one person and let them "distribute" consume or whatever they please with it.  I'll have too much going on in the fall w/ classes starting back up anyway.....

just any thoughts, right now the juice isn't worth the squeeze, I dont REALLY think im in TOO much danger, but im also stressing more than im enjoying the cultivation process.

If your friends know, a lot of other people probably know too. Word gets around and soon somebody will narc. At least that's my take on it. The only advice I can give you is to get rid of everything, however much you may not want to.

how exactly does the grapevine go, i mean if the only people who know are a bunch or rich private school druggie college kids, (which most ppl who know are) where does the grapevine go bad? Why and how would sombody narc? i just dont understand it, I wanna feel safe but i suppose theres really now way. I suppose ill check out for the year and maybe try again next summer...

Well they tell friends, and friends of friends and before long word gets to the wrong ears. And the story will have you growing more and more with each telling. You know how gossip goes.  Sorry to have to tell you that, but it's better than getting busted for psilocybin manufacture (which can carry some stiff penalties in some states). Better safe than sorry as the old saying goes. :frown:

Telling anyone was the dumbest thing you could have done. Worst case you get busted for it, best case people know that you're a criminal and you might have strangers bugging you for shrooms. Even if all you're friends were really solid you're still going to have to deal with them begging you for shrooms again and again.

Anyways, you broke the #1 rule. It's #1 for a reason and MANY people have found out why. Unlike a lot of other activities, the only way to get busted is telling people / dealing.

Finish what you're doing and get rid of your stuff, you just fucked yourself out of a rewarding hobby, at least for awhile.

i have one thing going for me, the project has been moved to my new residence, and im still able to get mail and what not at my current residence for another couple weeks, the new place has NO connection to me whatsoever except my name on a lease, so i intend to finish it up there before i have ANY mail or anything with my name on it attached to that address comming that way

Finish your grow and enjoy it. Tell everyone you were joking around. Drop the gossipy friends. Keep a low profile. If people start really hassling you, press charges. Go to the police and tell them people are accusing you of things and will not leave you alone. Make it ovbious it is only their accusations that are stressing you out. It is one way of doing things but it will show you are scared of the law and probably wont be breaking any laws because you are too scared to...police seem to love it. Once everyone knows you have been in contact with the police they should be too afraid to approach you again. Good Luck!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but heres my take on your question.

It sounds to me that you came here wanting someone to tell you that you will be ok. This is NOT the case, the answer you want is not the correct answer. No matter how bad you want to hear it, it doesn't make it true when someone says it.

Drop your grow, tell your friends that it didn't work. Tell them it contamed, hell even find a few nasty looking contam pics on this site and print one or two just for proof. Then get rid of the pics.

Do not grow again for at least a year. You should probably wait until they quit asking if you are going to try growing again, THEN wait a year. that way you know they forgot about it.

Bottom line-If you value your freedom, destroy your current grow and keep your mouth shut next time.

You made many mistakes man.

You know how it goes, if you cannot trust yourself to keep it a secret, you cannot trust anyone else either.

Like said above, you need to either abort your mission, or at the very least tell everyone you did if they bring it up.

Dont think for one second that any of your friends, or friends friends, or friends, friends friends wont snitch to get off on even a petty drug charge. They will turn in their friends, until it reaches you....even if you sold to no one.

Bah. Who did you tell? Close friends? Friends you've known since grade school who would die on the cross for you? Or did you tell people you've known for a year? Not a smart move but it's one that gets played by lots of people and it works out fine. The fact is you just have to know who to trust, and if you can't do that in every day to day life you're in for one real, real depressing life.

My suggestion: Make lots of phone calls from your phone to anybody who knows and tell them the heat is real high and you've got to quit the project. Maybe even ask if they'll hold on to shit for you (with no intention of doing so, of course). Make sure word gets around you quit, change your phone number and stop talking to people you cannot trust. Use discretion when it comes to telling people about your manufacturing a level 1 narcotic.

You're fucking straight, I know the panic feeling and I promise it will be replaced with a false sense of well being.

Even friends that would die for you are a risk.

Sometimes people just let things slip unintentionally, especially when alcohol is involved.

Bad advice. Slander is a civil matter and cops will do nothing about it. Further, any contact with the police is never good. The sooner you realize that THE POLICE ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU, EVER the better.

QFT. That's the most true thing I've heard in a long time. Everyone (including you) just HAS to tell their one or two closest friends, and pretty soon half the town knows. Then it just takes one person getting shook down over some minor drug charges and they'll rat on you.

A lot of people just accidentally slip up and give you away, or they think it's ok to say that they don't know who it is, but so-and-so told me. Then the next guy gets hauled in and eventually they get back to you.

Reality will someday prove you to be quite wrong. You'd be surprised how quickly some of those people "who would die on the cross for you" will find Jesus, become anti-drug zealots, and rat you out when they're facing 5-10 years.

Maybe they'll even tell you that it's for your own good and they did it because they care about you. I don't think you'll like those apples.

Once again, it's in who you know to trust. Anybody who once knew about it knew that if they were to have put me in jail someday I'd be out and I would find them. Trust is a very important thing to me, if I give somebody my trust they're taking a gamble with their lives breaking it.

Plenty of narcs have gone missing. They knew the consequences, but when the cops have a lot of weight on someone they often crack. That's just a fact of life.

If you think your friends won't crack when a good interrogator gets ahold of them and they have a lot of weight on them then you're living in a fantasy world.

Your friends probably have the same attitude you do when they tell a friend, who has the same attitude about the friend he tells, and so forth. Pretty soon a lot of people know and you end up fucked.

This isn't a movie. Fastfred is right on the money; it doesn't matter who you tell or how much you trust them. Anyone but you who knows is a huge security risk. There is no good reason to ever tell anybody else.

Haha, that sounded a little arrogant I guess.

I'm just saying that trust is a serious thing with me and if you're one of the few I put trust in you need to watch your back if you ever betray it. This is how I feel both in daily affairs and the prospect of growing (I don't grow - authorities are too serious about busting people in this part of the state).
