But, in the process - they force themselves into a live of being celibate, while at the same time - being put into the trust of people who are far younger than them and have a position of power over, and end up wrongly-abusing this power as their outlet for their repressed sexual desires.

I wont say /all/ priests are like that, as I'm sure a far larger % of priests are 'called' to priesthood on more innocent and well-intended grounds.
