You got that right. During those years I have been reading different spiritual books and investigating different things because I know there is more to life than what society teaches us. A little meditation here and there, no TV for the past year, eating pretty well, my mind was open and ready for the experience. I read in another post that nausea may be caused by being unwilling to let go. I must say there was absolutely no nausea involved. Can not wait till I do it again.
