Is ordering 10kg of fresh San Pedro safe?

i was going to order 10,000 grams of fresh San Pedro cacti cuttings(odd ball cuttings) and i starting thinking that it may raise suspicion to the authorities. what do you guys think? is this a risk factor?

I have only seen people have trouble with dryed cactus.

it'll be cut in 'odd ball' or something. it's from a very very well known vendor. it's says

"These San Pedros are various odds and ends sizes. Some are rooted , some are fat, some thin, some tall, some short, some tip cuts, some center cuts. They're not perfect, but they are a great deal. Sold by weight."

i talked to that guy, whether or not they would root, and he says they will.

id get them just to experiment. ever grown san pedro?
