Pure alcohol

What are your experiences with this stuff I can get almost pure pharmaceutical grade ethanol. Will 2 flasks full of the stuff keep me reasonably drunk for 9 hours?

I used 95% ethanol as a solvent in my melatonin extraction-conversion to 5-methoxytryptamine experiment

I was making drinks the whole time. The beauty of 95% is that you can mix a normal glass and because you only need to put in maybe .25 of a regular shot you can hardly taste the liquor.

Well you can buy either one, 95% is not just some magic number that suppliers chose to stop at.


Ethyl alcohol and distilled water form a binary azeotrope that has a very distinct boiling point, when fractioning this out youre left with this 5% water 95% alcohol mixture that can be seen as one substance rather than a combination of the two... the water cant be evaporated out in any sense, its gotta be pushed out chemically.

You prob got 95% ethanol.

Cant you buy grain alcohol?

that's about equal to a fifth of 80prf. liquor.

so if a fifth can keep you drunk for that long, 15oz of pure grain alcohol will also work.
