hey pf tek rocks. I did it this time, my first time, and I haven't had one problem. nock on wood but yes it is a good tek. I am much greatful and it is very simple, just take your time and be clean and neat in proceding through the procedures... have fun and good luck

Well, i think the pf tek is great, but read the mmgg, its an easier to understand version of the pf tek, you can get great yeilds from the pf tek, but make sure you follow the directions exactly, do try anything funny, and since your new to it all, dont try casing, you will fail. Besides cakes werent meant to be cased. and if anyone tells you different dont beliecve them, just look at this pic, www.fanaticus.com/7cakes.jpg

PF Tek rules!!

Even if you plan on casing I cant think of an easier technique to grow out the mycelium.
