yeah, if you're gonna use a crack pipe or rose, steel wool is an effective way of keeping hot liquid away from your face

You buy a DMT containing plant, preferably mimosa hostilis, then you do the following extraction, which I stole from elsewhere on the forum.

Polar Extraction: Premix in an empty 1-Gallon plastic jug: 1-Quart White Vinegar & 3-Quarts Water. Put the ground up Mimosa in a 3-Liter crockpot, then fill it with the water-vinegar solution. Stir well and turn it on "high". After 2 hours, remove the crockpot ceramic liner, hold the lid on slightly offset, and pour off most of the liquid into a 1-gallon wide-mouthed glass or stainless container. Add the remaining water-vinegar solution to the crockpot again. Stir well and turn it on "high". After 2 hours, remove the crockpot ceramic liner, hold the lid on slightly offset, and pour off all of the liquid into the same container again. Discard the rootbark fiber and save the two combined extractions in the 1-gallon container. Allow the vegetable particles in the extraction in the 1-gallon container to settle to the bottom overnight. Then pour off the liquid into an empty 1-Gallon glass wine jug, being careful not to pour off any of the vegetable sludge at the bottom. Discard the sludge and keep the contents of the wine jug.

Basification: Premix in advance a solution of: 5 Tablespoons (63grams) of Sodium Hydroxide ("Red Devil" lye) with 1-Pint of WARM Water. Stir well. Slowly add this solution to the wine jug, then cap the jug. Gently tilt the wine jug back and forth for 1 full minute to mix the contents.

Nonpolar Extraction: Add 250ml of (Ace Hardware)VM&P Naptha to the wine jug. Add exactly enough warm water to the jug to raise the liquid level to an inch below the top, then cap the jug. Gently tilt the wine jug slowly back and forth for 5 full minutes to mix the contents. Allow the jug to sit undisturbed on a table for at least 4 hours. There should now be two layers visible in the jug, a lower dark one and a smaller clear one on top filling the neck of the jug. Use a glass turkey baster to suck up the top clear layer into a pint mason jar. Be careful not to suck up any of the lower brown/black layer into the mason jar.

Freeze-precipitation/wash: place the sealed mason jar in a FREEZER for 3 days to precipitate the crystals. Prepare a filter setup by placing a funnel into a quart mason jar and putting a small coffee filter paper into the funnel. Shake the naptha in the mason jar strongly to stir up all the crystals at the bottom and quickly pour while still very cold into the funnel for filtering. Impure yellow-white DMT crystals will be seen on the coffee filter paper. Allow the crystals to completely dry out on the filter paper in the funnel. Premix a wash solution by mixing equal parts of Distilled Water and NON-SOAPY clear Ammonium Hydroxide(Ace Hardware Janitorial Strength Ammonia) into a pint container. Slowly pour 100ml of the wash solution over the crystals (still in the filter paper) to wash them. Remove the filter paper from the funnel, spread it out flat and allow the crystals to COMPLETELY dry out. You will now have 2-1/2 grams of white crystal DMT. At least 50 strong doses. Mix it with some parsley and smoke a little in your favorite pipe!

It is unlike anything you will ever experience in this lifetime because it seperated you from this life. It is incredibly intense, and can be incredibly scary...but at the same time it is the most beautiful experience one can live through, diving into the heart of reality.

yes i know... there isnt much info i can find on the effects of dmt and reports of people doing it.... its not like lsd or shrooms.....

is it anything like a prolonged salvia trip?

Its about the sma etime length as salvia, and thats all the comparison. FUCK SALVIA. Salvia is like being shit out the ass of the universe, DMT is like being cradled in the arms of the universe while being spoonfed the most wonderful tasting knowledge you could ever have.

There are reports ALL OVER THE PLACE about DMT use though, as it seems to be a very big recent trend on this board. Erowid also lists many many trip reports of DMT. Just remember there is a difference between DMT (actually N-N-DMT) and 5-meo-dmt. N-N-DMT is what you want, the other is psychedelic, but very very unpleasant (to most atleast).

The DMT experience cannot really be put into words. Its completely out of this world. It isnt your typical LSD or mushroom "trip", its a REAL trip to different worlds/universes/realties.

So true. Of course with DMT, all the research in the world couldnt prepare you for what you are about to experience because nothing can possibly relate to or describe the DMT experience. However, there are some important things to know so you arent scared shitless (you still will be :lol: ) when you are talking to entities from outside of this world.

Atleast know what you are getting into, nothing will prepare you, but its good to atleast have a general idea of what may or may not happen.

Yeah, I've given it to a few friends who had never even heard of it or only knew of it. One of which was my brother-in-law who was completely freaked out by salvia. He's an old head; been to over 100 Dead shows and has done his fair share of psychedeelics. I told him straight-up: I don't think you're going to like this.
He did.

Most people would condemn me for giving DMT to some one who hasn't "done extensive research and gone though intense mental conditioning", but somehow I can determine which folks would bennefit most from it.

Another friend who has become rather depressed and a bit of a shut-in over the past year, tried it for the first time while laying on my couch. After about 3 minutes of closed-eye silence, tears started streaming down his face though his neutral, facial expression remained the same. After about 7 minutes he opened his eyes and said "I've learned to live with hating myself". He remained silent for another 15 minutes and I let him smoke a cigarette in my house while he came down.

Since then, we see him at least every weekend and he's become 1,000 X more outgoing. This was the most introverted person I know, a 23 year old virgin, never seen with a woman. Now he hits on girls like he's fucking Fabio and doesn't give a shit when he gets humiliatingly rejected.

As it's been said, nothing can prepare you for that incredible feeling of falling through negative space but I think the shock actually does some people good.

ya i dont know much about it rite now..... but im just starting to research it... thanks for the info... and do you think i would need a sitter for my first time?

and i still havent done anything that has brought me to another universe...... can someone give as good of an explanation as possible?

For an explination you can search my posts, or just this forum. I have written several pages worth of information on it. If not, maybe someone will come along and type something up for you :smile: Its friday and im getting off of work though...

As for a sitter...its not really a necessity, as you wont really "be there" for about 5 minutes. Its just nice to have someone to take the bowl so you dont drop it when you are blasted into another world (im serious about the "blasted"...its like a shuttle takeoff)...and its also nice to have someone there when you "get back" because you want to get out as much as possible before you begin to forget the experience. There is nothing similar in your mind to store the experience with, so many times if you dont get it out it will get lost and not remembered.

You are asking people to explain something that cant be explained though. No words in english or any other language on earth can describe the DMT experience and do it justice.
