well, thankfully i didn't have to deal with it for too long. they got so big so fast that they just couldn't be in here anymore so we made a pen for them in front yard. it eventually got to the point where this pen practically took up the whole yard, with half of it covered with a tarp and the other half open so they could get sunlight and stuff and a little shelter and everything.

They're apparently not going to be here very long.  I've got a couple picking Rambo up the night he gets here....then 3 more leave on Friday....then 1 more Saturday....  :frown: 

It's ok though....I'm glad they're going to good homes.  Ijust wanted to be able to play with them for longer :lol:

They're only 6-7 weeks old, so they can't be yet. But, each of the adopters is signing a spay/neuter contract before taking them, so yeah, they will be when they're old enough.

As of this yesterday, all of the kittens have homes!  And they're not even here for another 6 days :lol:

Well, all except Hailey.  I :heart: her!  I don't know whether we will decide to keep her or not - if not, we'll find her a great home :smile:

I'm being so anal about this - doing vet reference checks and whatnot, making sure people who rent are allowed to own pets...one guy tried to bullshit me yesterday, it pissed me off so bad!

He gave me his address, told me that he "owns his house" - I've been checking online, or calling the towns to make sure that these people actually own the houses they say they own.  So, I look up his "address" online, turns out that it's a college campus.  Asshole!  :rolleyes:

So yeah...I'm really happy they have all found homes.  They deserve it :thumbup:

I am so beyond bummed out right now. The kitten we are adopting, who was supposed to get on a transport today and be here Wednesday got sick last night, and can't come until next week now. Not the end of the world, I know....but I'm just sad. I miss our kitten that we lost so much, and looking forward to getting his brother has been helping distract me from it. Now we have to wait another week or 2, until he's feeling better. I am glad though, that he got sick last night instead of DURING the transport here. That would have been bad, and we would have gotten more sick because of the stress of the ride up here. So...I hope he feels better soon, and can come next week, because we're anxiously awaiting his arrival.

That being said, the transport is now on it's way here, and there are 10 kittens on it coming to my house...so there will be no shortage of cuteness here on Wednesday! They all already have homes, other than Hailey, who we're still considering hanging on to. 3 are leaving Wednesday, 2 on Thursday, and 4 on Friday. At least I will have a few days to play with them though.
