i need an ID

found these on a maple stump \/\/\/ (i know they are regular tree fungus but does anyone know what it's called?)

found these growing right under a pecan tree in a cluster like pics of the oysters i seen \/\/\/

The upper is definitely a Ganoderma sp. (reishi). Only that normal reishi has red cap surface but I heard that there are also white varieties of ganoderma lucidum.
