I dreamt someone I know was trying nutritional yeast right now. He substituted about a quarter cup for a quarter cup of rice flour in a batch of substrate big enough for 12 half pint jars. He also ran out of brown rice and had to use a cup of quinoa. So he had:

1 3/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup quinoa
6 cups perlite

He was a little worried because he may have gone a little overboard with the water (a couple of the jars looked a little soggy in the dream) but we'll see. Also, he sterilized the jars at 15 psi for an hour before innoculation to be sure to kill any active yeast cultures.

I'll keep you posted on any further dreams...
