Here's my dissenting opinion: Don't smoke weed during your peak. Sure, it makes it more intense, but, in my opinion, much harder to remember and much more "clouded", if that makes any sense. After the peak, I will smoke pot, but the peak is an absolutely wonderful experience by itself and needs no compliment.
To each their own. However, I recommend trying it (not smoking pot) and see how it turns out!

All of my shrooming friends agree that smoking weed during a shroom trip is a great thing.  During my first shroom trip I plan on keeping it a pure experience until I start to come down...then I'll smoke a bowl or two just to "pump" the remaining experience for what it's worth.

I've found that smoking marijuana right after ingesting the mushrooms helps kick to things into gear but in a more relaxed, less stressful way.
Nothing beats a bowl after an AMAZING mushroom trip, either.

get the best weed you can when you shroom! when you are tripping get your weed and smell it ....it is incredible. you will want to smoke it!

YES YES YES... I always do that! Couldn't have explained it better! On the way up (espescially), during, but not needed during peak, and on the way down for a major enhancement.

i dont know about everyone else but i dont feel the effects of marijuana while im tripping.. just the act of smoking it is fucking great. it does ease the comedown though.. sort of floats you gently back into "normal" reality =)

Personally I don't like smokin until towards the end of the experience. I don't like my head clouded by it plus it eases the comedown a little and gets me ready to sleep after a few hours of putting my brain into overdrive. It a matter of personal opinion really.....

Like a lot of people have said already there is nothing better than blowing a bowl right after popping your blue meanies. It mellows the peak and makes it more enoyable for me at least. Then i like to wait until after the hardcore peak and puff a little to just relax me but the shrooms do a good job of doing that. I find that you can smoke and smoke and smoke after the peak but you really arent going to trip any harder you'll just make yourself stoned.

smoking right after ingestion, or right before ingestion, will help with any nausea you might encounter. i really dont get that anymore, i think it partially is psychosamatic (spelling?). after you gain confidence in the drug you stop getting weird thoughts about mushroom men in your brain mining out treasures.
