it's due tomorrow at 7am and it's about safety in the industrial workspace. it's kind of an audit of a factory's safety measures and stuff and it's not the actual report that is due tomorrow it's more of a rough draft so it doesn't have to be perfect but it has to resemble the final report. so i went a few times to the factory and asked some questions, took some measurements and notes, i even used some machinery which was pretty cool. so i have to give my professional opinion on it and point out hazards and give plausible solutions for them.

I used to have problems with it. I would say "Alright, I'm at $15 now, let me just get back up at $25" or some shit. That just makes me (and everyone) play worse. Now I can recognize when I'm on tilt, or not playing well for whatever reason, and I stop.

Now if I'm playing fine and losing because of luck, or the cards aren't coming, then I don't stop, because there's no reason to. I can only assume that runs of bad cards or bad luck have to stop eventually, so I ride it out.

breaks are good from time to time. i hadn't smoked for a week until yesterday and it hit me hard and i didn't even smoke that much.

I was just thinking about this today, I haven't not had weed in my possession to smoke since last summer (doesnt mean I smoke every single day, but almost). And I'm finally going to be dry by tomorrow, too poor and lazy to buy anymore, considering I'm leaving for Europe in a week, so this week will be my first refresher in like 8 months :lol: ....should be interesting

Yeah, well, I'm only 19 so it's not like I've gone on a year hiatus and then resumed for a year a bunch of times or anything. I was a more than daily smoker for like 3 years at the end of middle school and in high school. Then the summer between my junior and senior year I stopped, completely. Didn't like it, didn't like paying for it, realized I personally could spend my time in better ways. I think I smoked like 5 times from the end of my junior year til April of this year.

Then I ate shrooms, found a new appreciation for it, bought my first eighth in like 2 years a couple weeks ago. Still don't smoke very often (still have some of that weed left), but I don't mind to dabble here and there.

if you spend as much money growing as you would buying, i think you might be doing something wrong. i spend very little when i grow my own stuff, practically nothing and it's usually pretty strong.

I'm 19 aswell, but I first discovered weed sophomore year and have been smoking constantly since junior year...so like around 3 years as well.
The thing is my tolerance is quite low, I only need a few hits of good weed to get high and an eighth will last me 2-3 weeks.

but yea, good for you if you felt it was right for you, takes some will power. I'll probably take a prolonged break sometime in the future, who knows
