Stopping my tounge from rubbing my teeth?

Ok, whenever I am on stimulants of any sort, I can stop myself from grinding my teeth no problem. But, no matter what I try, my tounge will end up rubbing against them leaving the sides of my tounge raw.

Any tricks to try out to keep the rubbing down?

Ughh that's the WORST. I've had teeth marks on my tongue the next day from shit like that. Chewing gum was good advice, also, try just moving your tongue back and forth as fast as you can. You'll tire it out, while at the same time giving yourself a good workout for the next time you go down on your girl.

A friend used to wear a boxing mouth guard with he did E to stop the grinding and tongue problems.

It was hilarious, he sounded like Hunter S. Thompson.

I never grind my teeth, but I rub my lips with my teeth and tongue all the time while under ecstasy. Never strong enough to hurt myself in any way. It happens even when I chew gum.
